The details you fill in (name, contacts, age, information about your hair loss and photographs, if you send them) are used to reply to your request and prepare a possible consultation.
Purpose and legal basis
Replying to your request and pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b)); health information and photographs with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)). Marketing communications only if you authorise them separately.
Retention
If you do not go on to a consultation, your data is anonymised after 24 months. Raw assessment photographs are deleted after 90 days.

Controller: the clinic identified in the footer (name, tax number, health regulator registration and address). Data protection officer: contact given in the Privacy Policy.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure (within the limits of the mandatory retention of clinical records), restriction and portability, object to the processing and withdraw your consents at any time, in the patient portal or with the clinic. We reply within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (www.cnpd.pt).
